We’re pleased to announce that, thanks to votes from our readers, this blog has been given the distinction of “Top Business and Tech Blog” in the Baltimore Sun’s Mobbies Awards.
In its second year, the Mobbies honor the top blogs, Twitter accounts and Facebook Pages from around the Baltimore area. Blogs were nominated and voted upon by visitors to the Sun’s website.
In addition to picking up the title of “Top Biz and Tech Blog,” the Ocean City, MD Department of Tourism’s Facebook Page – a Page developed and managed by MGH’s social media team - was also awarded the title of “Top Facebook Fan Page.” This Page, a network of more than 115,000 Ocean City advocates, has been one of our proudest achievements as a modern marketing agency.
So thank you to all of our readers! We couldn’t have done it without you.
We’d also like to congratulate all of the other blogs nominated in our category – in particular, Renegade’s Agency Confessional blog, which picked up the title of Top Blog in last year’s awards. They gave us a fierce run for our money and kept things fun.
