Like everything else in the world, public relations has changed. A PR firm can't get away with simply touting the 300 gazillion media impressions it supposedly got off a press release. Today's clients expect more. They want to know about the quality of those impressions. Did they actually reach the right people? Did their messages get through? And did their sales increase because of it?

MGH employs every modern communications tactic to help clients achieve meaningful results. Media relations is important, but it's not our default strategy. If a grassroots program would have more impact, we do it. If your story is better placed on a blog, or even on Twitter, that's what happens.
