Social Media Marketing Account Coordinator


We are currently seeking an Account Coordinator-level professional to join our growing Social Media Marketing department. 

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of one year of marketing agency experience, with an emphasis on social media marketing, public relations and/or Web marketing.

MGH's Social Media Marketing team works with clients including Papa John's Pizza, Ocean City Maryland, Texas Instruments, Classic Catering and Baltimore International College.

Job responsibilities will include:

  • Full management of client accounts, including client management, strategy development, tactical implementation and tracking/reporting.
  • New business research.
  • Regular social media account management, including monitoring/response during off hours.
  • Development of client content (social media posts, blog entries, videos, etc.)

Qualified applicants must have related experience, to include:

  • Minimum of one year of marketing agency experience, with an emphasis on social media marketing, public relations and/or Web marketing.
  • Strong familiarity with social media marketing tools, including social networks, review sites, blogs, message boards, etc.
  • Experience in building and managing brand-focused communities on the Web.
  • Ability to develop written content that is both conversational and engaging.
  • Experience in directly working with a variety of clients across multiple industries.
