The Center for Eating Disorders at Sheppard Pratt wanted to promote its new state-of-the-art facility and position itself as the nation's premier center treating eating disorders. So MGH developed an elegant, bright Web site and collateral package that speaks to potential patients, parents, friends, and physicians. We also created a custom content management system for homepage and new section updates, and developed a forum, with online quizzes and a live chat area, that has attracted more than 1,000 active users in a little more than a year.
Due to medical privacy laws, in-person tours of the facility are not permitted, so MGH also created a virtual tour that invites the user to learn more about the Center's specialists and therapies, and gives potential patient families a glimpse of the treatments available at the center. The highly interactive virtual tour features 360-degree room views and touching interviews with the Center's doctors, nurses, and counselors.
To complement the new Web site and its tools, MGH also developed a blog for the Center, allowing its experts to regularly comment on a number of topics. Since its launch, we have pushed more than 10,000 visitors to the blog, making it one of the top-visited sections of the Center's site.

Watch NowHello, we're MGH! A Baltimore advertising agency, public relations firm, interactive development company, word of mouth agency, guerilla marketing firm, design agency, viral marketing firm, and social media marketing company, all rolled into one. But that takes a while to say. So we simply call what we do "modern marketing." It means being able to employ every available communications medium to sell, promote, and otherwise market our clients. We've been at it since 1995 with great success. Take a look.
