Holiday Marketing (National Jeweler)
With the holidays approaching, National Jeweler's article discussed how many jewelers throughout the country are focusing their Q4 efforts on reaching existing customers.
MGH's president, Andy Malis, discussed the importance of marketing to these customers through social media and by encouraging word of mouth referrals, a tactic we've used with jewelry clients including James Free Jewelers, Robbins Diamonds and Samuel's Jewelers.
In the article, Andy said: "It's amazing how when someone is really satisfied with a product or service, they'll do things for you. But for any good customer, you should surprise them with a thank you. Jewelers should be doing this anyway."
