MGH wins nine national awards
Agency receives prestigious Silver and Bronze Anvils, Jewelry and Watch Advertising Award and Communicator Awards
BALTIMORE (June 11, 2009) - MGH, a full-service marketing communications agency, today announced that it has won numerous national advertising and public relations awards on behalf of its clients: three Silver Anvil Awards, a Bronze Anvil Award, first place Jewelry and Watch Advertising Award (JAWA), and four Communicator Awards.

MGH, with partner TagTeam Global, won three Silver Anvil Awards and a Bronze Anvil Award, sponsored by the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), for its Pfizer Animal Health National Canine Weight Check campaign. The Silver Anvil is the highest recognition awarded in public relations to organizations that successfully addressed a contemporary issue with exemplary professional skill, creativity and resourcefulness. The Bronze Anvil Award recognizes outstanding public relations tactics - the individual items or components of programs or campaigns.

MGH received this award for its unique newspaper ads created on behalf of Smyth Jewelers. This is the second annual JAWA, which honors advertising excellence in the jewelry and watch industry.
