Target: Customers on the Go (Wall Street Journal)

Ryan Goff, VP, director of social-media marketing at MGH, was quoted in a recent Wall Street Journal article discussing the QR code trend in advertising.

This article discusses the pros and cons of QR codes and analyzes how large and small businesses are using QR codes in their marketing materials. The author acknowledges that QR codes are an effective tool in advertising, but she also questions the longevity of this trend.

Ryan Goff, vice president/director of social-media marketing at MGH, is quoted in the article saying "QR codes are not the end-all, be-all. They may not exist in two years. But they're a temporary solution to the problem of, 'How do you connect people to online things in the real world?' " To read the full article, click here.

Hello, we're MGH! A Baltimore, Maryland advertising agency, public relations firm, interactive development company, word of mouth agency, guerilla marketing firm, design agency, viral marketing firm, and social media marketing company, all rolled into one. It's like a bunch of agencies, but that takes a while to say. So we simply call what we do "modern marketing." It means being able to employ every available communications medium to sell, promote, and otherwise market our clients – whether they are in Baltimore, Washington, D.C., or Philadelphia. We've been at it since 1995 with great success. Take a look.
