As we work in partnership with our clients to create the very best conference experience for attendees, we strive to achieve the following:
- Develop sponsorship packages to create a funding model for conferences, and then working to ensure all elements in this area are fulfilled
- Design all conference materials — from brochures, handouts, signage and more
- Employ our established registration process that takes the details off our clients’ plates
- Develop key elements for conference themes, keynote speakers and breakout session topics
- Manage on-site registration, sessions and special event execution, including planning and coordination for offsite activities
