In 2017, Soccer Shots, an international franchise program that provides children ages 2-8 with a developmentally appropriate soccer and character development experience, came to MGH looking to increase enrollments and reduce cost per enrollment/acquisition through digital campaigns, while delivering a higher overall return on investment with a minimal increase in ad spend across 135 territories, with 20-30 programs per territory.

MGH launched an overhaul of Soccer Shots’ digital and paid social campaigns, reallocating channel budgets, adjusting audiences, and using new creative customized for each market.
results
With this switch in strategy, MGH 2X the number of enrollments with a moderate budget increase, decreased the cost per enrollment by $6.50, and drove an additional $165,000 in revenue — well exceeding expectations.
