Ad Age Names MGH Among 2019 Best Places to Work

BALTIMORE (Jan. 7, 2019) – MGH, a full-service marketing communications agency, today announced it has been named to the Ad Age 2019 Best Places to Work list.

The Ad Age list featured workplaces across a myriad of industries, including marketing, ad tech and media. MGH’s selection places it among the top 25 small-to-mid-sized agencies (1-200 employees). The honor was based on employee and employer surveys and is judged by Ad Age editors.

“Workplace culture is one of the things we take the most pride in at MGH and a reason why we’ve attracted such strong talent from the Baltimore area,” said MGH co-founder and CEO Andy Malis. “Our aim has always been to foster an environment where employees love to come to work, while also producing the best results. It’s one of the core principles on which the company was founded.”

Entering its 24th year of business, MGH is supported by 68 employees. Previous MGH honors include several American Advertising Federation’s National ADDY Awards on behalf of OLD BAY, including a Gold National ADDY awarded for a two-page print ad that MGH created for OLD BAY’s 75th anniversary.

"We've given employees the opportunity to help shape the way the company operates, like flexible schedules to accommodate child care," Malis added. "It's this type of forward-thinking from the agency as a collective, not just executives, that has made this company a 'best' place to work. Because of that, we're so thankful for each and every person who is part of the MGH family."
